Coconut Chai: Cold Brew & Chai Latte Recipe

Why not try our Coconut Chai as cold-brew:

  1. Take 15g Coconut Chai loose leaf (or approx. 6 x zigzag Coconut Chai pyramid tea bags)
  2. Steep in 1litre filtered water for 3 hours max. (black tea produces more tannins so shorter brew time to avoid a bitter taste)
  3. Strain and serve over ice
  4. Add a slice of lime

Serve this one come rain or shine, it’s sure to take you to beach bliss come 11’s :

  1. Take 2 x zigzag Coconut Chai pyramid tea bags, steep in 30ml boiling water for 3 mins to make a small amount of concentrated tea
  2. Heat + prepare latte milk, adding 1 tbsp honey + a little spice (cinnamon/nutmeg)
  3. Remove tea bags, gradually pour in milk & serve (palm tree latte art optional)
